Registration

  • Is there an entry fee?

    Entry is free for select participants. To apply for a free ticket, you must complete this form. If you are selected, you will receive a confirmation email within a few days.

  • Can I bring someone with me? If so, do they need to register too?

    We’re so glad you want to share our event with your network. To participate in EE20, each person must complete a registration form. However, to thank you for being an EE20 ambassador, we will include a link in your confirmation email for you to invite someone from your network and give them an advantage during the selection process

  • When and how can I pick up my accreditation?

    Tickets will be given out at the event. All you need to do is state your first and last name at reception when you arrive.

  • Why does the registration form take 10 minutes to complete?

    The information you share with us when you register serves to better identify your needs and therefore create an experience that’s tailored to your expectations.

  • I just completed my registration form. When will I hear back?

    You will receive a confirmation via email at the end of each registration period, i.e. after the following dates: December 18th 2019, January 15th 2020, February 5th 2020

  • Is my registration valid for February 12 and 13?

    Yes, you will have access to both event days.

Logistics

  • What are the hours of Expo Entrepreneurs 2020?

    Expo Entrepreneurs 2020 will take place on Wednesday 12 February from 9am to 6pm and on Thursday 13 February from 9am to 5pm. We invite you to consult the event schedule to learn more

  • Who are the speakers? Where and how can I attend a conference?

    The programming for Expo Entrepreneurs 2020 is available at this link. Conferences will take place on the central stage, which is divided into two sections to facilitate simultaneous presentations. A pair of headphones will be provided to you at the entrance for this reason. However, in the spirit of being environmentally friendly, we recommend bringing your own. You don’t need to sign up to attend a conference, but if you want to get a seat, make sure to show up a few minutes in advance

  • How can I register for the collaborative workshops?

    Each workshop’s registration will take place at the entrance of the space where it will be taking place. Connectors will be on location to help you get oriented.

  • I want to meet with a consultant – how do I make that happen?

    Our onsite connectors will be in charge of making your appointments with our clinics’ expert consultants. The EE mobile app will also allow you to connect with other people attending the event.

During the event

  • Where will the event take place?


    It’s all happening at Place Bonaventure in Montreal.

    Metro:
    Using Bonaventure station on the orange line, all you need to do is walk up to street level to access the exhibition hall. Signs will guide you to the Expo Entrepreneurs area.

    Bus:
    Multiple bus lines stop at Place Bonaventure. The South Shore bus terminus is located nearby, as well as a stop for the 747 express bus that connects Montreal’s Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau airport to the downtown core. We invite you to visit the STM’s website to create an itinerary based on your departure point.

    Train:
    Place Bonaventure is located in front of Central Station, and a few minutes’ walk away from Lucien-L’Allier station.

    Parking:
    Place Bonaventure has 750 parking spaces accessible via Mansfield St. Two (2) charging stations are available for electric vehicles in P1. Additionally, there are 5,000 parking spaces available in the surrounding area, on the street and in private lots nearby.

  • Is the event wheelchair accessible?

    The event is fully accessible to participants in wheelchairs.

  • I’m coming in from outside Montreal, do you offer a preferred rate for transportation and lodging?

    Yes. You can find all the details you need on the “Transport and lodging” page.

  • Will there be food and beverages onsite?

    Absolutely! Expo Entrepreneurs is happy to provide various food options. You can make purchases with a credit card or cash.

  • Can I leave my coat and boots somewhere?

    There is a pay locker at the entrance. Coats are $3 and backpacks are $1

  • Is there a WiFi network for participants?

    Yes. A free WiFi network specifically for participants will be accessible throughout the event. No password required.

  • Can I bring my baby?

    Breastfeeding chairs and changing tables are available in every women's washroom in the exhibition hall. However, please note that there are no specific activities planned for children
