  • Is admission free?

    Admission is free for selected participants. To be considered, you must fill out the form below (Insérer formulaire d’inscription). If you are chosen, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Can I bring someone with me? If so, does that person need to register?

    We are so pleased that you want to share this event with your colleagues. To register, each person must fill out their own form. As a thank-you for being a true ambassador for EE19, we will attach a link to your confirmation email that can be used to invite friends and contacts to the event – it will also give them a boost during the selection process.

  • When and how can I get my access badge?

    You will soon get access to an electronic version of your badge, which we encourage you to print out in advance in order to skip the line at the gates. If you could not print your badge, we will happily do it for you on site.

  • Why does it take 10 minutes to fill out the registration form?

    Very good question: the information you share with us goes into designing an experience that meets your expectations, by suggesting resources suited to your needs.

  • I just completed my registration form; when will I hear back?

    We process a high volume of forms on a daily basis. Despite all our efforts, it may take up to a week to confirm your registration. Thank you very much for bearing with us.

  • Is my registration valid on both January 23 and 24?

    Of course! Once registered, you have access to the entire event.

  • What is the Expo Entrepreneurs 2019 schedule?

    Expo Entrepreneurs 2019 will take place on Wednesday, January 23 and Thursday, January 24 2019 from 9AM to 5PM. A cocktail gala will be hosted on Wednesday the 23 from 6PM to 9PM.

  • Who are the speakers? Where and how can I attend the conferences?

    The Expo Entrepreneurs 2019 programming is available on https://expoentrepreneurs.com/program/?lang=en. The conferences will take place on the event’s central stage. To attend, simply show up to the stage’s entrance a few minutes before the conference begins to make sure there is enough space. Given that two talks will be happening at the same time, we will provide headphones at the entrance. However, we recommend bringing your own for enhanced listening comfort.

  • How can I sign up for collaborative workshops?

    Registration to workshops takes place on the day of, at the entrance of the space where each activity is being held.

  • How should I go about setting up a meeting with an expert?

    Meetings with experts are set up on site, at the entrance of the designated meeting area.

  • Where is the event held?

    It all takes place at Place Bonaventure in Montréal. 🚉 Metro (subway) From the Bonaventure station on the Orange line, simply go up toward street level to reach the exhibition hall. Signage will guide you to the Expo Entrepreneurs space. 🚍Bus Many bus routes pass near Place Bonaventure. The South Shore bus terminal is located next door. Nearby is a stop for the 747 express bus connecting Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau International Airport with the downtown area. Please check out the STM website for an itinerary based on your location. 🚆 Train Place Bonaventure is located across from Central Station and close to Lucien-L’Allier Station. 🚘Parking Place Bonaventure has 750 spaces in its indoor parking garage, including 2 charging stations on level P1, from Mansfield street. Some 5,000 parking spaces are also available in the immediate surroundings, on the street or in private parking spaces nearby.

  • Is the event suitable for people with disabilities?

    The event is fully accessible to people who use a wheelchair.

  • I come from outside of town, do you have deals on transportation and lodging?

  • Will there be food and beverages on site?

    Absolutely. Many vendors offering a varied range of options will gladly keep you fed and hydrated, as long as you carry cash or any major credit card.

  • Can I leave my coat and boots somewhere?

    There is a complimentary coat check at the entrance. And yes, we’ll accept boots!

  • What about WiFi?

    We’ve got you covered. A free WiFi network will be accessible without password during the event.

  • Are babies allowed on premises?

    Yes. Breastfeeding seats are available in each women’s washroom in the exhibition hall. Note however that we do not offer any activity specifically designed for young children or infants.
